ProvideTechnical Support for Installation and Test/Turn Up issues for Partner teams during Maintenance Window Swap of NOKIA D500 DSLAMs with NSN hi-X equipment. Specific duties will be to supervise and support 8-10 partner crews nightly during the physical swap activity, perform 100% audits on sites and site documention package, complete site Quality documentation on all sites, track any site deficiencies through resolution by Partner,. report and escalate any outages associated with the swap activities, Interface with Customer Field Operations for Site Acceptance, provide accurate and timely reports to Project manager, ensure customer OSP Quality and Safety procedures are strictly adhered to.
Candidate must be self-motivated and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. 5+ years hands on experience in Installation and Test Turn Up activities associated with IP DSLAM in an Outside Plant (OSP) environment. Thorough knowledge of OSP Quality requirements and operational procedures is a must. Local Market experience is a plus, Must have a valid drivers license and ability to pass Security Clearance/Background Check to meet badging requirement. Maintenance Window work is required >> Off/After Hours Work Required!
