Assistant Superintendent – High Rise Construction - RE1008-EJ

We have a rare opportunity for an up and coming assistant superintendent to work on a premium high rise condominium project in the downtown core. Paired with one of Toronto's top superintendents you will be the number two on a $200 million development with a schedule of over 36 months. This developer runs a tight, efficient field team and trusts that all of the assistant superintendents will be able to one day run a site independantly. We are interviewing talented individuals with the following qualifications:

5+ years high rise residential construction experience.

CET or 4 year engineering degree in civil or structural.

Ability to transfer to a more senior role during the project

MS Project and Excel
-
Unique problem solving skills and a team-first management approach.
