Project Manager – High Rise Construction - RE1007-EJ

The condominium boom in Toronto may have slowed but it hasn't stopped. We are working with one of Canada's premier developers on a flagship project that will awe visitors and be a definitive point in Toronto's ever changing skyline. This developer has multiple and ongoing projects with a value in excess of $500 million. We are looking for someone with a dynamic personality and the abilty to make informed and experienced decisions with senior management throughout the project lifecycle

We are interviewing talented individuals with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years high rise residential construction experience.

• CET or 4 year engineering degree in civil or structural.

• Willingness to adapt to a lean project team and excel in a role

• MS Project and Excel

• Ability to chair meetings and report to owners and stakeholders

• Work in conjunction with the superintendent to maintain a project schedule

• Obtain necessary permits and work with consulting engineers

• Value engineer the project to gain additional margin for the owner

• Unique problem solving skills and a team-first management approach.

Pay Range: $75,700-$125,000
